예비유아교사의 대학생활만족도와 교직선택동기가 교사효능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 대학생활만족도와 교직선택동기가 교사효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구문제는 첫째, 예비유아교사의 학년에 따른 대학생활만족도, 교직선택동기, 교사효능감의 차이를 알아보고 둘째, 예비유아교사의 대학생활만족도와 교직선택동기, 교사효능감의 관계를 알아보고 셋째, 예비유아의 대학생활만족도와 교직선택동기가 교사효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 연구대상은 S시에 위치한 H대학의 예비유아교사 1, 2, 3학년을 선정하였으며 총 200명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 통계처리는 SPSS WIN 21.0v 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 예비유아교사의 대학생활만족도와 교직선택동기, 교사효능감의 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 학과를 선택하는 능동적 동기에 따라 학과를 선택했을 때 대학생활의 만족도와 교직선택동기가 높으며 이는 교직생활의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 예비유아교사의 대학생활만족도와 교직선택동기는 교사효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 예비유아교사의 학과적응력을 높여주고 능동적인 동기를 부여해주면 교사효능감을 높일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of pre-service early childhood teachers' satisfaction on college life and teachers' motivation of choosing a teaching profession on teacher efficacy. The research questions are as follows: first, what is the difference between the grade level of pre-service early childhood teachers' satisfaction on college life, motivation of choosing a teaching profession, and teacher efficacy?; second, what is the relationship between pre-service early childhood teacher's satisfaction on college life, teachers' motivation of choosing a teaching profession and teacher efficacy?; third, what is the impact of pre-service early childhood teacher satisfaction and motivation of choosing a teaching profession on teacher efficacy?; The subjects of this study were 1, 2, and 3 pre-school early childhood teachers of H university located in S city. A total of 200 students were surveyed. Statistical analysis of this study was performed using the SPSS WIN 21.0v program. The results of this study showed that there is a significant correlation between pre-service early childhood teachers' satisfaction on college life, teachers' motivation of choosing a teaching profession, and teacher efficacy. According to the active motivation of choosing department, satisfaction of college life and motivation of teacher selection are high when we choose department, and it was found that it can improve quality of teaching life. Also, the pre-service early childhood teachers' satisfaction on college life and teachers' motivation of choosing a teaching profession have a significant effect on teacher efficacy. Through this, the teachers' efficacy can be improved by enhancing the adaptability of pre-service early childhood teachers and motivating them.
