최근 정부에서는 잠재적인 청년창업가를 발굴․육성하기 위하여 창업친화적 학사제도 구축을 통해 기업가정신 함양 및 대학 창업문화 조성을 위한 다양한 지원정책을 추진 중에 있다. 본 연구는 대학생 창업자가 보유한 역량 정도가 창업교육 만족도와 창업의지 형성에 미치는 구조적 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석해 보고자 하는 목적에서 수행되었다. 대학에서 제공되는 창업강좌를 수강한 경험이 있는 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과 수집된 총 216부의 자료를 토대로 공분산 구조모델 분석을 통한 가설검정 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생 창업자의 역량은 창업교육 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 대학생 창업자의 역량은 창업의지 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로, 창업교육에 대한 만족도는 창업의지 형성에 별다른 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구가설 검정 결과를 토대로 관련 분야 실무자 및 연구자들에게 유의미한 시사점을 제공하였다.
Abstract
Recently, the government has been promoting various support policies to cultivate entrepreneurship and to establish a university foundation culture by establishing a entrepreneurship-friendly bachelor's degree system in order to discover and develop potential young entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to analyze empirically the structural relationship between entrepreneur’s capability, satisfaction of entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurial intention. We conducted a survey of students who had taken courses in start-up courses offered by universities. The result of the hypotheses testing using the covariance structure model analysis is summarized as follows. First, it is found that the entrepreneur’s capability has a positive effect on the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education. Second, the entrepreneur’s capability has a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention. Finally, satisfaction of entrepreneurship education was found to have little influence on the entrepreneurship intention. Based on the results of the research hypotheses test, it provides meaningful implications to practitioners and researchers in related fields.
