신규간호사의 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 연구

초록

본 연구는 신규간호사를 대상으로 자아존중감, 수면의질 및 스트레스 대처에 대한 수준을 확인하고 이들 요인이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 서울소재 공립병원에 근무하는 간호사 108명이며, 수집된 자료는 PASW 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 전산통계처리 하였다. 수면의질, 자아존중감, 스트레스 대처 양상 및 직무스트레스 간의 상관관계에서 직무스트레스는 자아존중감(r=-.269, p<.005), 적응 스트레스 대처(r=-.251, p<.001)에 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 수면의질(r=-.316, p<.001)과 부적응 스트레스 대처(r=587, p<.001)는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 부적응 스트레스대처( t=7.332, p<.001), 적응 스트레스대처(t=-3.517, p<=.001)은 종속변수인 직무스트레스에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 본 연구의 결과는 신규간호사의 직무스트레스 감소와 예방을 위하여 직무스트레스 예방교육과 대처를 위한 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 또한 개인에 맞는 적응 스트레스 방법이 필요함을 보여주었다.

Abstract

This study was to investigate the relationship self-esteem, quality of sleep and other factors on job stress. The participants were 108 new nurses are working on a hospital in seoul. Methods: A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 108 new nursing students. The data was analyzed using PASW statistics 18.0 program. Results: The findings Factors affecting the job stress showed negative correlation with self esteem(r=-.269, p<.005), ajusted coping strategies(r=-.251, p<.001), and positive correlation with quality of sleep(r=.316, p<.001), malajusted coping strategies(r=587, p<.001). Multiple regression analysis, ajusted coping stratiges(p<.001), malajusted coping strategies(p<.001) was the dependent variable to increase the amount significantly higher affect job stress, these explanatory variables to explain the dependent variable job stress is 44.8%. Conclusion: The finding of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop an intervention program to prevent job stress and to cope with job stress reduction and prevention of new nurses. It also showed that adaptive stress method appropriate for individual was needed.
