본 연구는 임상수행능력과 의사소통능력이 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 근거를 마련하기 위하여 시행되었다. 자료수집은 2018년 3월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 B광역시에 소재한 일개 대학교 간호대학생 132명을 대상으로 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 임상실습의 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 영향요인은 임상수행능력(β=.583)이었으며, 다음으로 건강상태(β=.156), 대학생활만족도(β=-.124)순으로 나타났다. 임상실습 스트레스에 건강상태, 학교성적, 간호학만족도, 대학생활만족도, 임상실습 만족도, 임상수행능력이 영향요인으로 검증되었으며(F=22.24, p<.001,), 이 변수들의 설명력은 49.3%이었다. 따라서, 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 감소시키고 임상적응력을 높이기 위하여 임상수행능력을 향상시키고, 자기에 대해 돌아보며 삶의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 임상실습 전 간호대학생 교육프로그램 개발하고 적용하는 것이 필요할 것이다.
Abstract
This study was to examine the effect of clinical competence and communication skill on clinical practice stress and to provide basic evidence for educational program exploitation. Data collection was conducted from March 1, 2018 to June 30, 2010 in 132 students of a nursing school in Busan. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21 program. The results of this study First, the variables of clinical practice stress of nursing students were clinical performance ability (β = .583), followed by health status (β = .156) and university life satisfaction (β = -.124), and the explanatory power of these variables was 49.3% . Therefore, it will be needful to develop and apply nursing education program for nursing students before clinical practice which can enhance clinical performance, improve self - awareness and improve life satisfaction in order to reduce clinical stress of nursing college students and increase clinical adaptability.
