사례기반 감염관리 교육이 간호대학생의 감염관리 표준주의 인지도와 수행도의 효과

연구목적: 본 연구는 간호대학생의 사례기반 감염관리 교육이 표준주의 지침에 대한 인식도와 수행도에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 실시되었다. 연구방법: 연구설계는 단일군 사전사후설계에 의한 실험연구로 연구대상은 I시 소재 일개 4년제 대학 간호학과 3학년 학생 105명이었으며 연구기간은 2017년 2월 27일부터 6월 24일까지였다. 연구결과: 사례기반 감염관리 교육 운영 후 표준주의 인지도(t=-2.84, p=.005), 표준주의 수행도(t=-11.38, p<.001) 점수가 사전에 비해 사후에 유의하게 증가하였고, 표준주의에 대한 인지도는 수행도와의 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다(r=.209, p=.033). 결론: 본 연구를 통하여 사례기반 감염관리 교육이 간호대학생의 표준주의 인지도와 수행도를 향상시키는데 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 향후 임상기관과 대학이 긴밀히 연계하여 간호대학생을 대상으로 시뮬레이션 사례기반 감염교육에 대한 실습 도입을 고려하여 지속적인 의료관련 감염예방을 위한 감염관리 교육 프로그램을 개발할 것을 제언한다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Scenario based infection control education on the awareness, performance of the standard precaution of nursing college students. Methods: The study design consisted of 105 students in the third year of the 4-year college of nursing in I city. The study period was from February 27, 2017 to June 24, 2017. Result: The results of the study showed that the score of standard precaution awareness(t=-2.84, p=.005) and standard precaution performance(t=-11.38, p <.001). Also, there was a positive correlation between awareness and performance(r=.209, p=.033). Conclusions: Through this study, it was confirmed that Scenario based infection control education was effective in improving the awareness and performance of standard precaution of nursing college students. In the future, it is suggested to develop infection control education program for prevention of medical related infection considering the introduction of practice on simulation case based infection education for nursing college students in close connection with clinical institutions and universities.
