간호대학생의 보건의료 관계 법규 교육에 대한 효과

초록

본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생의 보건의료법규 과목 교육이 윤리적 가치관과 간호전문직관, 정치효능감에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 보건의료법규 교과목의 학습성과가 동일한 3개교의 4학년 간호대학생 183명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 배부하여 2017년 12월1일부터 12월20일까지 자료수집을 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-tests, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 윤리적 가치관, 간호전문직관, 정치효능감의 차이를 살펴보면, 대상자의 윤리적 가치관은 간호사 직업관(t=-2.18, p=.031)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 상관관계 결과에서 윤리적 가치관은 간호전문직관(r=.39, p<.001)과 유의한 양적 상관관계가 있었고 정치효능감(r=-.19, p=.011)과 음적 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 예비간호사로서 올바른 직업관에 필요한 윤리적 가치관과 간호전문직관의 함양을 위해서는 보건의료법규 교과목은 암기식 위주의 수업이 아닌 다양한 방식의 변화가 필요하고 올바른 윤리적 가치관과 간호전문직관 확립을 위한 정규 교과과정과 비교과 교내・외 간호교육 프로그램이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to identify the factor and relevance of ethical values and nursing professionalism of senior nursing college students by application of Health & Medical Law Subject. The study targets were college students who were studying at 3 colleges with the same program output in the health & Medical Law and the date were collected using a structured questionnaire. Data were collected from December 1 to 20 of 2017 through a self-report structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Person's correlation coefficients analysis using SPSS 23.0 program. Ethical values was significantly different in the Future of ‘Nurses' Occupational Career’(t=-2.18, p=.031). Ethical values have a positive correlation with nursing professionalism(r=.39, p<.001) and Ethical values have a negative correlation with Political efficacy(r=-.19, p=.011). It is necessary to develop a nursing education program in order to cultivate ethical values, nursing professionalism and political efficacy intuition.
