본 연구는 브리콜라주와 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 사내기업가정신을 장려하는 조직 내부 환경인 OPCE의조절효과를 실증적으로 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 조직 내 지식과 정보의 허브이자 기업가적 행동을 구현하는 주체인 중간관리자를 연구표본으로 설정하여 수집한 총 264개의 설문자료를 토대로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 브리콜라주는 혁신행동에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 간의 관계는 OPCE에 의해 더욱 긍정적으로 강화되는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는 상대적으로 연구가 부족한조직의 중간관리자의 브리콜라주가 혁신행동을 장려할 수 있는 선행변수라는 점을 제안함으로써 브리콜라주연구의 이론적 지평을 넓히는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 나아가 중간관리자의 브리콜라주 역량 강화를 통한혁신행동 제고에 중요한 조직 내부의 환경적 상황으로 OPCE의 역할을 규명함으로써 조직 전반의 혁신 수준을 제고하는 방안에 대한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This research seeks to investigate the association between bricolage and innovative behaviors, with a focus on the moderation of the organizational preparedness for corporate entrepreneurship(OPCE). A literature review on constructs is conducted and hypotheses are constructed. To test the hypotheses, data are collected from 264 middle managers in small businesses and a hierarchical regression analysis applies. Results indicate that bricolage is a significant driver of innovative behaviors and OPCE has a moderating role to play in the relationship. The study contributes to expanding a range of drivers of innovative behaviors which has been under-researched. It also offers a managerial implication that the OPCE must be carefully taken into consideration when a firm encourages middle managers with bricolage capability to be more innovative. Limitations with suggestions for future studies are presented.
