본 연구는 IT 역량과 조직 특성이 디지털 전환에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 디지털 전환 준비성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 IT 역량(IT 인프라, IT 비즈니스 연계, IT 주도적 자세), 조직 특성(디지털 조직문화, 재무 능력)으로 설정하였다. 디지털 전환, IT 역량, 조직 특성, 디지털 전환 준비성에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하였다. 국내 115개 기업을 대상을 Smart PLS 4.0과 SPSS 27.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, IT 역량 중 IT 비즈니스 연계와 IT 주도적 자세는 디지털 전환 준비성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으 나, IT 인프라는 디지털 전환 준비성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털 조직문화와 재무 능력은 디지털 전환 준비성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 디지털 전환 준비성 은 디지털 전환에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 디지털 전환을 추진하는 기업들 에게 IT 역량과 디지털 전환 준비를 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공할 것이다.
Abstract
This purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting IT capabilities and organizational character- istics on digital transformation. To achieve the research purpose, factors affecting digital transformation read- iness were set as IT capabilities (IT infrastructure, IT business spanning, and IT proactive stance) and organiza- tional characteristics (digital organizational culture and financial capability). The research model and research hypothesis were established based on the theoretical background on the digital transformation, IT capabilities, organizational characteristics, and digital transformation readiness. The proposed model is analyzed to target 115 companies. Smart PLS 4.0 and SPSS 27.0 is utilized for deriving the study results. The results of this study are as follows. First, IT business spanning and IT proactive stance have a positive influence on digital transformation readiness, but IT infrastructure has no significant effect on digital transformation readiness. Second, digital organizational culture and financial capability have a positive impact on digital transformation readiness. Finally, digital transformation readiness has a positive effect on digital transformation. The results of this study may provide strategic implications for IT capabilities and digital transformation readiness for companies pursuing digital transformation.
