전자간증 임부의 태반에서 Aquaporin-4의 발현

초록

=목적: 세포내외의 수분통로 역할을 하는 aquaporin-4가 사람 태반에서 발현되는지 알아보고 발현된다면 중증 전자간증 임부와 정상 임부 간에 발현 정도의 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다.연구 방법: 충북대학교병원에서 분만 진통이 없이 제왕절개술을 시행하여 분만한 중증 전자간증 임부와 정상 임부의 태반에서 aquaporin-4 항단백 항체를 이용하여 면역조직화학염색을 시행하고 광학 현미경으로 발색 정도를 관찰하였다.결과: 중증 전자간증 임부와 정상 임부의 태반에서 aquaporin-4 항체에 대한 양성 발색반응이 나타났으며 양 군 사이에 발색 정도의 차이는 없었다.
