코로나19 확산에 따른 비대면 생활의 일상화로 소비활동의 중심이 오프라인에서 온라인으로 빠르게 전환되고 있다. 온라인소비활동의 배후에서 물리적 이동을 전담하는 택배산업도 연쇄적으로 서비스 이용수요가 급증하는 추세다. 택배서비스 이용수요의 급증은 처리시설 공급 부족, 종사자 노동여건 악화 등 다양한 형태로 택배서비스 공급시스템 전반에 영향을 줄 수밖에 없어, 코로나19 이후 택배산업의 변화동향을 예측하여 선제적 대응방안을 마련해야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 코로나19 확산이 택배서비스 이용자의 이용행태 및 서비스 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 연령, 주거여건 등 인구사회적 요인에 따라 변화의 영향에 유의한 차이가 있는지를 발생 전후 간 비교를 통해 종합 분석하였다. 나아가 코로나19의 향후 전개 상황을 시나리오로 구성하여 서비스 이용자의 이용의사 및 이용행태 변화를 추정하였다. 분석을 위해 택배서비스 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 분석 결과에 대한 통계적 검증을 수행했다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 물동량 변화에 따른 택배산업의 미래 대응전략에 대해 논의한다.
Abstract
The spread of COVID-19 has led to the dailyization of untact life, and consumption channels are rapidly shifting from offline to online. The parce delivery service(Taek-bae) industry, which is in charge of the physical movement behind online consumption activities, has shown a semilar surge pattern in demand. That will affect overall delivery service system, such as a lack of supply of logistics facilities and worsening labor conditions. This study comprehensively analyzed how the spread of COVID-19 affects the usage behavior and service satisfaction of delivery service and whether there are significant differences in the effects depending on population and social factors such as age and housing. We construct future progress scenarios of COVID-19 to estimate changes in the service users' willingness-to-use and their usage behavior. For analysis, the survey and statistical verification of delivery service users has been conducted. Based on the analysis results, the future changes in Korean delivery service industry will be discussed.
