본고는 글로벌 공급망이 재편되고 국제질서가 전환되는 변혁기를 맞아, 국제적 흐름을 경제통상, 기업경영, 국제관계의 종합적 시각에서 살펴보고, 새로운 통상질서와 글로벌 중추국가 비전에 맞추어 산업 부문에서 첨단제조 지능형 혁신, 통상 부문에서 네트워크 거점화, 안보 부문에서 기술안보 범부처 대응체제를 포괄하는 공급망 전략을 제시하였다. 또한 이를 통일 한반도가 동북아 첨단제조 공급망 거점으로 도약하기 위한 미래산업 구상으로 확장하여, 핵심광물, 첨단기계, 반도체‧AI, 모빌리티를 전략산업으로 선정하고 ‘첨단제조 공급망 십자벨트’ 전략을 제안하였다.
Abstract
Amid a transformational period in which the global supply chain is reorganized and the international order is challeged, this paper examines international trends from an integrative perspective, and then in line with the new trade order and the vision of a global hub country, it proposes a tripolar policy strategy encompassing advanced manufacturing AI transformation in the industrial sector, network hub roadmap in the trade sector and technological security pan-ministerial response system in the security sector. In addition, this was expanded into a future industry plan for the unified Korean Peninsula to become a high-tech manufacturing supply chain base in the region of Northeast Asia. Critical minerals, advanced machinery, semiconductors/AI, and new mobility were selected as strategic industries and a ‘advanced manufacturing supply chain cross belt’ was proposed.
