Abstract

This is an article about the visualization of the incident Genroku. Incident Genrokuwhich happened in 1702 produced Bunraku Puppet theater and Kabuki in 1748 called『Kanadehon Chushingura』. 『Kanadehon Chushingura』 got a great popularitythrough the early modern period of Japan, because of unique charm. In the 20thcentury, 『Kanadehon Chushingura』 was transferred to screen and after spread oftelevision in 1953, Genroku incident was made as a TV drama. Films and TV dramasrelated Incident Genroku aired or unspooled without exception every year, and itshows that by no means inferior to Bunraku Puppet theater and Kabuki. It shouldbe noted in the imaging work is that the new work which emerged from typicalof Bunraku Puppet theater and Kabuki of 『Kanadehon Chushingura』 would appear.
