초록

본 연구에서는 주의집중훈련을 알츠하이머 치매노인들에게 적용하여 실행기능과 뇌활성화에 미치는 영향을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 알츠하이머치매 환자에 해당되고 K-MMSE 점수가 22점 이하인 알츠하이머 노인 실험군 14명, 대조군 10명으로 선정하여 일주일에 주 3회 총 6주간 주의집중훈련 훈련을 실시하였다. 이에 실험군과 대조군 대상자의 나이와 K-MMSE점수는 유의차가 나타나지 않는 동일한 집단이었고 실행기능에서는 반응시간을 본 EMG와 ACL에서 실험군이 훈련 전과 후에 유의한 차이를 보였고 군간 변화량 차이에서 실험군이 대조군보다 유의하게 향상하였다. 또한 뇌활성화를 본 뇌파의 주파수별 변화에서는 훈련 전에 델타파와 세타파가 우세하였는데 훈련 후에는 알파파와 베타파가 활성화되어 나타났다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 주의집중훈련을 비슷한 연령대와 다양한 치매 유형간의 비교, 훈련시간의 비교, 훈련방법의 비교에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Abstract

This study was performed for effects of intervention of Attention training which influenced on the change of executive function and brain activation with patients caused by Alzheimer’s dementia. Two groups of Alzheimer’s dementia (N=24) were allocated randomly in this study: experimental group(N=14) and control group(N=10). The results of this study showed that in comparison of pre and post changes, experimental group noticeable changes in EMG, ACL and EEG. These results mean attention training provides executive function and brain activation with Alzheimer’s dementia. Comprehensive research is required about a point of time and duration for intervention and severity degree in clinical approach for Alzheimer’s dementia.
