전산화 인지재활이 외상성 뇌손상 환자의 사회인지에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 전산화 인지재활 프로그램인 Rehacom이 외상성 뇌손상 환자의 문제해결능력과 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 대구 소재 K병원에서 입원하여 치료를받는 30명의 외상성 뇌손상 환자를 대상으로 실험군과 대조군 각각 15명씩 무작위로 배분하였다. 실험군은 Rehacom을 시행하였고, 대조군은 전통적인 인지치료를 시행하였다. 치료중재 전ㆍ후의 문제해결능력을 비교하기 위하여 문제해결능력 척도(Social Problem Solving Inventory: SPSI)를 시행하였고, 의사소통능력을 비교하기 위하여 포괄적인 대인 의사소통능력 척도(Global Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale; GICC-45)를 시행하였다. 실험군과 대조군의 치료 중재 후 외상성 뇌손상 환자의 문제해결능력과 의사소통능력이 향상되었고, 실험군이 대조군보다 문제해결능력이 향상되었지만, 두 집단 간의 의사소통능력의 향상 정도는 차이가 없었다. 외상성 뇌손상 환자의 재활 및 지역사회 복귀를 위해외상성 뇌손상 환자의 사회인지 기능에 대한 정확한 평가가 필요하고 Rehacom을 사회인지기능 향상을 위한 치료 방법으로 작업치료와 더불어 임상에서 유용하게 적용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
To purpose of the this study was to investigate the effect of computerized cognitive rehabilitation on problem solving ability and communication ability for patients with TBI. Thirty TBI patients were participated voluntarily and were assigned randomly into the experimental and control groups. The experimental group formed Rehacom and the control group performed traditional cognitive therapy. To compare problem solving ability before and after intervention we undertook social problem solving inventory(SPSI) and performed global interpersonal communication competence Scale(GICC-45) for comparing communication ability. The problem solving ability and communication ability showed a statistically meaningful difference for both experimental and control groups. The problem solving ability of the experimental group improved meaningful in a statistical way than that of the control group, on the other hand, communication ability of the experimental group did not show noticeable improvement.
