발달지체 유？아동의 시설활용관련 인구학적 특성 및 가족지원 현황 조사 연구- 전국의 장애아 보육 시설을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 일상생활에서 특별한 지원 서비스를 필요로 하는 발달지체 유ㆍ아동의 가족에게 현재 교육현장에서 지원하고 있는 프로그램의 내용 및 방법 등을 전국의 장애아전담보육시설과 장애아통합보육시설을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 바탕으로 검토 분석하여 발달지체 유ㆍ아동의 가족을 위한 가족지원프로그램의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.전국의 장애아전담보육시설 81개소, 장애아통합보육시설 56개소, 장애아전담보육시설 종사자 1,066명, 장애아통합보육시설 종사자 409명, 장애아전담보육시설을 이용하는 2,128가구, 장애아통합보육시설을 이용하는 406가구를 대상으로 자료를 수집ㆍ분석하였다.현재 시설에서 중점을 두고 있는 가족지원프로그램 내용은 가정 양육 및 지도방법, 문제행동 지도 방법인 반면, 지원을 받고자 하는 가정은 이용하는 시설, 아동의 연령에 따라 차이가 있었으며 대부분 가정양육 및 지도방법과 장애아동의 진로에 관한 내용을 희망하는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This research investigated the current status of family support services and programs for families with children with disabilities. Based on the findings of the study, recommendations will be made in regards to the needs of the families for improving Family Support Programs. A survey questionnaire was distributed to families with children with disabilities who attended nationwide centers for children with disabilities. The research analyzed 81 non-inclusive centers and 56 inclusive centers. 1,066 non-inclusive center employers and 409 inclusive center employers. A total of 2,534 families participated in the study: 2,128 families from the non-inclusive centers and 406 families from the inclusive centers. Although 78.9% of the centers have Family Support Programs, the actual number of active programs is very low. Also, many of the programs are limited in the types of support and the variety of topics to just "Raising and Guiding Methods" and "Problem Behaviors and Methods of Guidance." The analysis of the study results were categorized and compared by facility, child’s age, parents’ages, educational background of parents, career of parents, family income, and birth order of children. The only common denominator that was found in regards to the desired topic of the parents was a program related to how to raise a child with a disability, methods of guidance, and future expectations for the child with disabilities.
