중증장애인생산품 우선구매제도 활성화 연구

Abstract

Vocational rehabilitation facilities are providing employments and vocational rehabilitation training for individuals with severe disabilities. Procurement systems are to vr facilities benefit and supports competitiveness and productive capacity reinforcement of vr facilities. However because Procurement system is shorty scheduled to alter, vr facilities have to prepare for change. Therefore through survey of public institutions, try to suggest ways to vitalize procurement system. First, vr facilities have to decide carefully products and make every effort to upgrade the quality of products. Second, korea disabled people’s development institute(KODDI) have to provide information related to products for public institutions. KODDI also has to perform business for an procurement, promote products with severe disabilities and train vr facilities’ staffs. Third, Ministry for health, welfare and family affairs provides a grand plan for vitalizing procurement, expands support and budget of vr facilities and encourages procurement of public institutions.
