특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식에 따른 교사효능감 및 교직헌신도의 관계 분석

본 연구에서는 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식이 교사효능감 및 교직헌신도에 미치는 영향을 밝혀 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식의 제고 및 그들의 교사효능감과 교직헌신도를 보다 입체적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 특수학급 교사 332명을 대상으로 설문지법을 적용하여 기 수거된 설문문항을 중심으로 t 검증, 일원변량분석, Pearson 상관분석 등을 적용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 배경변인에 따른 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식 차이는 교직경력이 높을수록 전문성 인식 수준이 높으며 대학원 졸업의 특수학급 교사가 대학 졸업의 교사보다 전문성 인식 수준이 높다. 특수학급 교사의 배경변인에 따른 교사효능감과 교직헌신도는 대학원 졸업의 특수학급 교사가 높다. 둘째, 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식이 높으면 그들의 교사효능감도 높다. 그리고 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식은 교사효능감의 하위 영역인 자기조절 효능감, 자신감, 과제난이도의 모든 영역에 의미 있는 영향을 주고 있다. 셋째, 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식이 높으면 그들의 교직헌신도도 높다. 그리고 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식은 교직헌신도의 하위 영역인 전문 의식, 교육애, 열정의 모든 영역에 의미 있는 영향을 주고 있었다.
Abstract
The goal in this study is to strive for enhancing the professionalism recognition of special class teachers by identifying the impact affected by teacher’s efficacy and commitment to teaching profession in accordance with recognition of special class teachers’ professionalism, and to contribute to improving the quality of special education ultimately by enhancing teacher’s efficacy and commitment to teaching profession. The final 322 copies among the collected questionnaires were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, according to the teachers’ background variables, with the higher teaching experience, it showed the higher awareness in professionalism, and special class teachers with graduate school showed higher recognition of professionalism than teachers graduating from university. According to the teachers’ background variables, the recognition difference of special class teachers’ efficacy, special class teachers with graduate school showed higher recognition of efficacy than teachers graduating from university. Second, if special class teachers’ professionalism was higher, it showed teachers’ efficacy also was higher. And the recognition of special class teachers’ professionalism gave a significant effect in all areas such as efficacy of self-regulation, self-confidence and degree of task difficulty, which was sub- areas of teachers’ efficacy. Third, if the recognition of special class teachers’ professionalism was higher, it showed their commitment to teaching profession also was higher. And the recognition of special class teachers’ professionalism gave a significant effect in all areas such as professionalism, loving of education and passion, which was sub-areas of teachers’ commitment to teaching profession.
