Abstract
One of the collective memories of Korean society is 'the labor-capital co-operationism' ideology that had been forced to the labor by state and capitalists. The 'anti-communism, principle of growth, and nationalism' had been formulated at the period of Japanese war-fascism. After Sino-Japanese war(1937-1945), Japanese empire state had won Choson people over to his side with slogan of Japan and Choson are one flesh, and Choson people should be the Japanese empire subjects. Empire subject ideology had been expressed as labor for the development of empire. Because of this kind of Japanese nationalism, workers should have been worked for the development of empire at their full labor-power as the service of subject for empire. This Japanese nationalism had been accomplished by military discipline at the workshop, and had played an important role in the production of the mobilization of wartime materials. After the beginning of 'Youshin system'(1970's) in Korea, the 'fascist labor control system' had been strengthened by the authoritarian regime, functioning almost same with Japanese wartime labor control system(1930's). The labor-capital co-operationism (1970's) was formulated with 'anti-communism, loyalty and filial piety, and new village slogan' paralyzed the class consciousness of Korean labor class. The labor control ideology wrapped up by the labor-capital co-operationism played a certain role in formation of a companydominated union. The productivity improvement movement under the name of 'factory new village movement' had been developed by state power.
