국내 리빙랩 성공사례 분석을 통한 리빙랩 운영의 시사점 도출

본 연구는 성대골 에너지 리빙랩 사례연구를 통해 국내 리빙랩 활성화와 운영 방안을 탐구하였다. 이를 위해 관련 문헌검토와 현장조사를 통해 지속성과 개방형 혁신, 그리고 학습 등 총 7가지 리빙랩 평가기준을 도출하고 해당 기준에 따라 성대골 리빙랩 사례를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 국내 최초의 주민 주도 리빙랩인 성대골의 경우 재정집행의 융통성 부족과 학습 모니터링 시스템 부재 등 일부 부정적인 모습이 발견되었으나 나머지 요인에 대해서는 상당히 만족할만한 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 특히, 리빙랩 실행과정에서의 시행착오가 합리적인 방식으로 극복되고 실험을 진행시킬 수 있는 기초적인 제도가 구비되어 있으며, 사용자의 요구에 맞는 기술적 제안이 반영됨으로써 실험 요인에 대해 매우 긍정적인 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구는 국내 리빙랩의 특성과 성과 모니터링 부재 등 리빙랩 운영상 보완점들을 발견하였으나 추후 리빙랩 분석의 객관성 제고를 위한 보다 체계적인 평가기법 마련이 필요하다.
Abstract
This study explored ways to revitalize domestic living labs and operation plan through a case study of Sungdaegol energy living labs. To this end, a total 7 living labs evaluation criteria including continuity, open innovation and learning were derived through related literature review and field study and the case of Sungdaegol living labs was analyzed according to the criteria. As a result, in the case of Sungdaegol, the first resident-led living labs in Korea, some negative aspects such as lack of flexibility in financial execution and the absence of a learning monitoring system were found, but the other factors were satisfactory. In particular, the trial and error in the living labs implementation process was overcome in a reasonable way and the basic system to proceed with the experiment was provided and the technical suggestion tailored to the user's needs was reflected, resulting in very positive results for the experiment factors. This study found complementary points in the operation of living labs such as the characteristics of domestic living labs and the lack of performance monitoring. But it is necessary to prepare a more systematic evaluation technique to improve the objectivity of living labs analysis in the future.
