본 연구는 본 연구에서는 생활권습지에 적합한 기능평가 항목을 개발하기 위하여 일반습지에 적용하고 있는 RAM평가 항목으로 대상지를 평가한 결과에 대한 분석을 통해 평가항목을 분석하고, 비교하고자 하였다. 주요 연구내용은 생활권습지 개념 정립, 습지기능 평가, 핵심생태요소 분석 등이다. 생활권습지는 공간적으로는 도보권으로 접근 가능한 범위 내에 위치하여 지역주민의 일상생활의 근거이거나 혹은 논이나 밭 등의 농경지들의 영농행위의 기반이 되는 습지라고 정의하며, 도보권 15분 거리 또는 1km 내외의 공간적 범위를 갖는다. 기능평가 결과, 서천군, 공주시, 금산군, 당진시, 서산시 등 시군에서 생태적 기능이 높게 나타났다. 기능평가 항목별 종합 분석 결과, 지하수 유지 및 보충, 미적레크리에이션, 수질보호 및 개선, 식생다양성 및 야생동물서식처, 어류 및 양서 파충류 서식처, 침식조절 등의 기능이 높게 나타났다. 생활권습지 핵심 습지기능으로는 지하수 유지 및 보충 기능, 미적레크리에이션 기능, 수질보호 및 개선 기능, 어류 및 양서 파충류 서식처 기능, 침식 조절 기능 등 5개 기능을 생활권습지 핵심 생태요소로 설정하였다.
Abstract
This study was carried out to analyze and compare evaluation items through analysis of the results of evaluating the wetland sites with the RAM evaluation method in order to develop functional evaluation items suitable for wetlands in living area. The main research contents include establishing the concept of wetlands in the living area, evaluating wetland functions, and analyzing key ecological factors. Wetlands in the living area are defined as wetlands that are located within the range accessible to walking areas and are the basis for daily life of local residents or the basis for farming activities of farmland such as rice paddies and fields, and have a spatial range of 15 minutes or 1km. As a result of the functional evaluation, the ecological functions were high in cities and counties such as Seocheon-gun, Gongju-si, Geumsan-gun, Dangjin-si, and Seosan-si. Also the comprehensive analysis by function evaluation item, functions such as maintaining and replenishing groundwater, aesthetic recreation, water quality protection and improvement, vegetation diversity and wildlife habitat, fish and amphibian reptile habitat, and erosion control were high. The core wetland functions of the wetland in the living area are groundwater maintenance and replenishment functions, aesthetic and recreational functions, and water quality protection and improvement functions. Five functions, including the function of habitat for fish and amphibians and the function of controlling erosion, were set as key ecological elements of the wetland of the living area.
