Abstract
The purpose of this study is to define the meaning of management innovation and to identify the types of management innovation. And also in this study, we analysed the relationships between factors affecting the recognition of needs for organizational management innovation and organizational commitment which is the sub-factor in employee's effectiveness. For this purpose, we used questionnaire method to collect data from 504 respondents. The results of analysis from the data are as follows. That is, factors influencing management innovation, that are organizational structure, organizational culture and awareness of competitive crisis are likely to have positive effect on the recognition of needs for management innovation. And recognition of needs for management innovation (structure innovation, human resource innovation) has negative effect on organizational commitment weakly. Even though employees recognize needs for changing organizational structure and human resource in environmental variation, they have cognizance of importance to stability. Therefor, we could conclude that the recognition of needs for management innovation has effect on organizational commitment negatively.
