Abstract
This study aims to conceptualize an Organizational Well-Being(OWB) Scale, and to develop and validate it. In order to pursue the purpose, literature on JS, OC, MS, PWB and QWL etc. were surveyed and the field survey was conducted into nurses and women teachers by questionnaire method. The collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS18 for windows. Among the respondents, 186 women teachers were used for exploring the factor structure of the organizational well-being scale, and 198 women nurses were used for the cross-validation of this structure. Exploratory factor analysis revealed that Organizational Well-Being Scale is composed of 11 factors. Cross-validation index, item related information, and fit indicates from confirmatory factor analysis supported the construct validity of this 11-factor structure of the OWB Scale.
