This article describes a methodology for evaluating factors related performance of Medical Tourism Venture Business. Venture Business are categorized into development stage and type according to trade with firm or person. A couple of models that account for uncertainty both in the costs and benefits associated with the investment opportunity are proposed for each of these venture types. Examine of this research with a sample of near 150 surveys from Venture Capital and other venture organizations. Venture investments in entrepreneurial firms appear to be at least as successful (using such measures as the probability of the portfolio firm going public) as those backed by independent venture organizations. While venture capitalists decide to select successful venture firms, They are consider so many evaluation factors according to venture type, but strategically focused entrepreneurial factors and market situation. Although venture ecologic system is not unstable, Venture Capitalist and Angel investors are supported by considering so many factors. This is evidence for evaluation for venture firms on Korea has not been evaluated systematically. It address that these results are an artifact of injudicious growth and absent policies from government. Time of transition of Korea Economic Crisis will be only solved by development venture ecologic system constructible.
