The results of the analysis we studied the motivation of learning and the influence of selected attributes on the choice of lifelong educational institution, mainly among students who are educated at a lifelong educational institution. The summary of the results from the method of study is summarized as follows. First of all, three factors were influence relations of the institution selection attribute, and they were analyzed as having significant influence in any of them. These results reveal that motivation of learning is a very important factor. Secondly, as a result of the analysis, in order to verify the influence of learning motivation on self-efficacy, it is the result of executing plural regression analysis. Results were derived by motivating learning, which is an independent variable (objective directivity, activity directivity, learning directivity), acted statistically very significantly on factors of self-efficacy as a dependent variable .Third, as a result of the analysis, we found that Self-hyunnung gum affects statistically significant definitions. Together with these analysis results, in order to maximize the sense of self-efficacy and enhance the effectiveness of education, it is necessary to select an educational institution that suits the purpose and to provide effective education when essential motivation is accompanied You can see as the you can get the result
