A light buoy is a type of buoy equipped with equalization used for the purpose of displaying the left and right side limit of the route, and the indication of the elements for navigation, and is used for the safety of sailing vessels in ports, coastal waters and inland waterways. light buoy is installed on the sea and light buoy’s structure is fixed by using a chain on the sea floor. On the other hand, the installed buoy is dangerous to be damaged by the wind and wave of the sea, and there is a possibility of the risk of damage due to collision with the floating matters and the ship. In this study, collision analysis will be carried out assuming a collision of a small ship.
