The results were as follows: 1, Motor ability(p<.001), appearance(p<.001) and health(p<.001). motor ability as physical self-concept significantly increased in experimental group, physical self-concept is significant between groups(p<.001),genders(p<.01) and ages(p<.001) respectively. 2, The fluency(p<.001), flexibility(p<.001), originality(p<.001), imagination (p<.001) as the creativity significantly increased in experimental group respectively. The fluency(p<.001), flexibility(p<.001), originality(p<.001), imagination(p<.001) are significantly between groups. In conclusion, this study provided empirical evidence to substantiate promotional effects of the ballet programs on essential components in infants' growth and development. Specifically, the physical self-concept and creativity were shown to be enhanced through several activities in the infant ballet program.
