직업무용단의 단원들의 심리적 주인의식과 공연성과와의 관계

그동안의 연구에서는 직업무용단의 궁극적인 목적인 성공적인 공연수행과 관련된 무용수의 심리적 요인을 간과하고 있는 실정이다(김현숙, 정상훈, 2011, p.70). 이러한 측면에서 무용단 조직을 대상으로 한 심리적 주인의식에 대한 연구는 의미가 클 것이다. 이에 이 연구의 목적은 직업무용단 조직의 심리적 주인의식이 공연성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 실증적으로 규명하여 직업무용단 조직의 심리적 주인의식을 강화 대안과 함께 공연성과향상시키는데 기여하고자 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between psychological consciousness and the result of performance in the professional dance company, and provide useful data for the strategy of human resource management and the organization of the professional dance company. For data processing, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used for statistical methods, and the results are as it follows. It is needed to manage the dancers by giving suitable duties in the area of knowledge,talent and ability so that they can gain psychological sense of ownership towards the organization and one’s job, at the same time, providing correct and clear feedback will result to a higher quality of the performance.
