사범대학 체육교육과 교육과정 내 여가활동영역 편성실태 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 2007·2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 체육과 교육과정에 근거한 현 전국 사범대 체육교육과의 여가활동 영역 관련 교과의 편성 실태를 분석하여 개선방안을 모색하는데 있다. 전국 25개 사범대 체육교육과를 대상으로 교육과정 자료를 수집하였고, 이를 여가학 박사 2인과 스포츠교육학 박사 1인으로 구성된 전문가 집단을 구성하여 전문가 협의 및 SPSS 18.0을 사용한 기술통계 등을 활용하여 자료분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 여가활동 영역 과목명은 귀납적 범주 분류화를 통해 5개 영역으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 여가활동 영역 과목수는 3과목 편성학교 빈도가 가장 높았다. 셋째, 졸업학점 대비 여가활동 영역 과목 비율은 5.46%로 분석되었다. 넷째, 여가활동 영역 과목 이수는 선택과목이 90.2%로 분석되었다. 다섯째, 여가활동 영역 과목 학점 비율은 1학점이 74.8%로 분석되었다. 여섯째, 여가활동 영역 과목은 이론 10.5%, 실기 81.8%로 구성되어있다. 일곱째, 여가활동 영역 과목별 수업시수는 2시간이 90.9%로 분석되었다. 이상의 분석결과에 따른 개선방안은 첫째, 적정 수준의 수업시수와 이수구분의 제고가 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 여가교육이론 및 여가행동이론에 기초한 교과목 개설을 필요로 한다. 셋째, 국가교육과정에 기초한 교과목 개설을 필요로 한다. 넷째, 지도법 교육을 강화해야 한다.
Abstract
The objective of this study is to find a plan for improvement following the state of organization on the field of 'leisure activities' among departments of physical education in national colleges of education through the 2007·2009 revised curriculum of physical education majors. Data on curriculum targeting departments of physical education in 25 national colleges of education was collected. This data was analysed by a team of professionals made up of two doctors in leisure studies, and one doctor in sports education utilizing descriptive statistics and other research through the use of SPSS 18.0 The results are as follow. First, courses in the field of leisure activities were divided into 5 inductive categories. Second, schools that offered a curriculum that was compiled of three courses in the field of leisure activities was the most common. Third, 5.46% of the total number of credits needed for graduation consisted of courses in the field of leisure activities. Fourth, of the courses passed in the field of leisure activities, 90.2% are found to be optional courses. Fifth, 74.8% of leisure activities courses are found to be one credit courses. Sixth, leisure activities courses consist of 10.5% theory and 81.8% practice. Seventh, 90.9% of courses in the field of leisure activities consisted of 2 hour lessons. Plans for improvement following this data are as follow. First, reasonable lesson times and passing requirements must be raised. Second, the establishment of courses based on the national education process are needed. Third, the establishment of courses based on leisure education theory and leisure activities theory are needed. Fourth, education on methods of guidance must be reinforced.
