라이프스타일 유형에 따른 레저동기, 레저만족 및 체험정서의 차이

Differences between Leisure Motivation and Leisure Satisfaction and Emotional Experience according to Lifestyle

본 연구의 목적은 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 레저동기, 레저만족 및 체험정서의 차이를 비교하는데 있다. 조사 대상자는 전라북도내 대학생을 대상으로 설문하여 총 382명의 자료를 가지고 분석을 하였다. 레저동기의 구성요인은 사회교육적, 휴식적, 신체적, 지적 등 네 가지 요인으로 나타났으며, 레저만족 척도는 교육적, 환경적, 신체적, 사회적, 휴식적 등 다섯 가지 요인으로 나타났다. 체험정서는 긍정적 정서에 대한 반응 정도로 평가했다. 레저동기, 레저만족 및 체험정서 사이의 상관은 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 레저동기와 레저만족의 하위 요인들과 체험정서 사이에서도 모두 상관이 유의하였다. 라이프스타일 유형에 따라 레저동기, 레저만족 및 체험정서에서 차이가 있었다. 사후검증 결과, 유행추구형의 경우에는 휴식적 동기, 신체적 동기, 교육적 만족 및 체험정서가 라이프스타일의 다른 유형보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 라이프스타일 특성을 지닌 대상을 유사성에 바탕을 두고 동질적 집단으로 분류함으로써, 동일한 유형의 레저활동 참가자를 중심으로 레저활동 과정에서 경험하는 심리적 변수들의 관계를 체계적으로 확인했다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify differences between leisure motivation, leisure satisfaction and emotional experience according to lifestyle. A total of 382 university students in Jeollabukdo completed a questionnaire survey. The factor structure of leisure motivation shows that it consist of four factors (social-educational, repose, physiological, and intellectual), and leisure satisfaction is consisted of five factors (educational, environmental, physiological, social, and repose). Emotional experience is measured by a response to positive emotion. The results of this study are as follows. There are significant correlations between leisure motivation, leisure satisfaction, and emotional experience, and the correlations between subfactors of leisure motivation and leisure satisfaction and emotional experience are significant. According to lifestyle, differences between leisure motivation, leisure satisfaction, and emotional experience is significant. In this study, subjects was classified into same quality group based on similarity of lifestyle, and in participants of same lifestyle type, the relationships between psychological variables experiencing in leisure activity were systematically identified.
