This study was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the character- istics of the activities of the alumni ballet company in the early days and deriving the impact of college ballet education conducted in Korea on Korean ballet. In this study, the following results were derived. First, the style of Korean ballet work was established. Second, the diversification of Korean ballet research and education was avoided. Third, by contributing to the popularization of Korean ballet, it can be said that Korean uni- versity dance education has contributed to the development of ballet today.
