This study analyzes the changes in choreography of Korean creative ballet works from the first use of creative ballet in Korea to the 2000s, and diagnoses changes in the creative methods of Korean creative ballet by period. It aims to present the direction in which ballet will go. In ex amining the history of the national ballet's creative ballet, which has con tributed to revitalizing Korean creative ballet, the composition and formal elements of each work are derived and analyzed to find the structural mechanism of the creative work. The significance of this study is that it suggests values and directions for future Korean creative ballet.
