Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of objectified physical consciousness and performance of yoga practitioners on resilience. In ad- dition, the correlation between the yoga practitioner's objectified physical consciousness and resilience and the correlation between the yoga practi- tioner's performance and resilience were analyzed through multiple re- gression analysis. As a result, if the physical surveillance, which is a sub-variable of the objectified physical consciousness, is high, the sense of performance achievement is low, and if the body shame is highIt was found that performance ability increased. As a result, the group with high physical monitoring and control beliefs showed high self-regulation ability and positivity of resilience. In addition, performance concentration and confidence, which are sub-variables of performance ability, affect self-regulation ability and positivity of resilience. Through yoga training, you focus on what you do well, which increases positivity. Therefore, this study is suggests that the objectified physical consciousness and perform- ance of yoga practitioners affect resilience.
