본 연구는 중학교 교사를 대상으로 하여 성인애착과 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계를 확인하고, 성인애착과 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이 연구를 위하여 부산광역시에 소재한 중학교 교사 200명을 대상으로 성인애착, 자아탄력성, 심리적 안녕감을 조사였다. 자료 분석을 위하여 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 7.0을 사용하여 통계분석을 실시하였으며 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학교 교사의 성인애착과 자아탄력성 및 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계를 살펴보면, 애착회피차원, 애착불안차원 모두 자아탄력성과 심리적 안녕감과 부적 상관관계가 있고, 자아탄력성과 심리적 안녕감 간은 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중학교 교사의 성인애착유형과 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과는 완전매개로 나타났다. 중학교 교사는 성인애착에 따라 심리적 안녕감이 차이를 보이고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 성인애착은 쉽게 바꿀 수 없는 특성으로 교사의 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인으로 자아탄력성이 유의한 결과를 보였다. 따라서 애착에 문제가 있다고 하더라도 자아탄력성에 초점을 맞춘다면 긍정적인 결과를 볼 수 있을 것이다. 학교에서 애착관계로 어려움을 겪고 있는 교사의 심리적 안녕감을 높이기 위해 자아탄력성 증가 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between adult attachment and psychological wellbeing and to confirm the mediating effect of ego resilience in the relationship. For the study, a survey about adult attachment, ego resilience, and psychological wellbeing was carried out of 200 middle school teachers who were working at Busan. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 7.0 were used for statistical analysis of data. The main results were as the followings. First, attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety had negative effects on both ego resilience and psychological wellbeing, and there was positive relationship between ego resilience and psychological wellbeing. Second, ego resilience meditated the relationship between middle school teacher' attachment and psychological wellbeing fully. In conclusion, it was found that psychological wellbeing was different according to adult attachment types. Therefore, even though there is a problem with the attachment, psychological wellbeing can be gained by increasing ego resilience.
