동료교사 간 교육활동 리더십에 관한 특수교사의 인식 분석

이 연구에서는 동료교사 간 교육활동 리더십을 구성하는 요인을 분석하고, 각 요인별 특수교사의 교육활동 리더십에 관한 인식을 알아보았다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동료교사 간 교육활동 리더십에 대한 하위 요인으로 과업주도성, 전문성, 목표지향성, 공동체성 네 개의 요인으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 동료교사 간 교육활동 리더십에 관한 특수교사의 인식을 분석한 결과, 리더십 속성 중 공동체성이 전체 평균과 비교했을 때 평균이상을 나타냈다. 셋째, 동료교사 간 교육활동 리더십의 과업주도성, 전문성, 목표지향성, 공동체성 하위 요인에 따라 배경 변인별 인식 수준의 차이를 보였다. 즉, 특수교사의 성별, 교직경력, 학위, 학교유형, 학교 급에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 결과는 특수교사로서 전문성을 갖추기 위해서 리더십에 관한 교육 및 프로그램을 모색하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 교사 공동체를 지원하는 학교문화를 진단하는 데에도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

This study analyzed the factors that form the educational activity leadership among colleague teachers and investigated the awareness held by special teachers on the educational activity leadership by each factor. The result of study is as following. First, the subfactors of educational activity leadership among colleague teachers are task initiative, expertise, objective directivity and community nature. Second, according to the analysis result of awareness held by special teachers on educational activity leadership among colleague teachers, awareness on community nature was higher than the average of awareness on all leadership properties. Third, there were differences in awareness level by background variable dependent on subfactors of task initiative, expertise, objective directivity and community nature of educational activity leadership among colleague teachers. In other words, there were statistically significant differences dependent on the gender, teaching career, diploma, school type and school grade of special teachers. The result of this study can be utilized as basic information in searching for education and program on the leadership to enable special teachers have leadership and in the diagnosis of school culture supporting teacher community.
