동북아지역의 시장확대 및 경제성장으로 인해 국제적 물류기업 또는 다국적 물류기업들의 진출이 가속화 되고, 이로 인해 효율적인 물류네트워크 구축이 기업의 핵심으로 부각되면서 국제물류센터의 확보가 중요한 의미를 가지게 되었다. 또한 글로벌 물류기업들을 자국내에 유치하기 위해 많은 국가에서 정책적 지원과 인센티브를 부여하고 있다. 이러한 경쟁상황에서는 글로벌 물류기업들에게 보다 실질적이고 객관적인 비용절감효과를 제시할 수 있어야만 한다. 본 연구의 주요 목적은 총 물류비용 관점에서 모형을 수립하고 이를 이용하여 국제물류센터 입지대안 선정을 위한 실증분석을 하는 것이고, 최종적으로 전략적 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 분석은 동북아 시장을 주 대상으로 하였으며, 입지대안으로는 현실적으로 가장 유력하다고 판단되는 부산, 상해, 북경, 오사카를 설정하였다. 총비용과 관련된 세부비용에 대한 실제 데이터를 가지고 각각의 입지대안에 대한 비용분석을 실시하여 결론을 도출하였으며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 민감도 분석을 실시하여 전략적 시사점을 이끌어내었다.
Abstract
Global logistics corporations and multinational corporations make rapidly inroads into the world market with market expansion and economic growth in Northeast of Asia. Therefore, it is important for the foundation of logistics networks to secure a international logistics center. Many countries give the global logistics corporations an intentive to attract them inside of the country. The countries have to be able to show more virtual and objective the cost-saving for global logistics corporations.The major purpose of this study is to make a model and use it on point of the total logistics cost and then, to analyse empirically for locating of international logistics center, finally, to be shown a strategic suggestion. A target of the analysis is a market of Northeast Asia, the alternatives for a location set Busan, Shanghai, Beijing, Osaka which are thought actually the most suitable area. This paper reached a conclusion through a cost-analysis about each alternative of a location with the actuality data for the detail cost related total cost, based on the result it came to the strategic suggestion through a sensitivity analysis.
