물류비를 계산하는 방법에는 화물유통촉진법에 따른 기업물류비계산에 관한지침을 비롯한 다양한 기준이 있으나 물류비를 계산하고 이를 활용하는 데는 어려운 점이 많다. 특히, 조달물류비 계산은 구매가격에 포함되어 있어서 그 동안 영역별 계산에서도 제외 되어 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 공급업체 다변화로 인한 공급업체의 납입루트 증가, 개별운송으로 인한 운송비 증가 및 다회납입 확대의 한계, 도입부품의 증가로 사내물류면적의 부족현상 등으로 나타나는 조달물류 활동의 구조를 분석하고, 이에 적합한 기업의 조달물류비 계산 및 활용방법을 통하여 조달물류비를 절감할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다
Abstract
Managing of logistics cost can control the company's logistics cost and reduce the total cost. An accounting method enables a business to understand more clearly how and where the method makes a profit. The ability of the firm's procurement logistics cost system gives a truer picture of the cost and subsequent profit associated with serving a given account or chain of distribution. We need to have access to ease methods of accounting and managing the procurement logistics cost. We studied the methodology of procurement logistics cost reduction under supply-chain management. In this paper, we try to make suggestions for management method and reduction of procurement logistics cost.
