환경문제가 세계 각국의 중요한 이슈가 되고 있으며, 기업의 물류분야에서도 환경문제가 새로운 경쟁요소로 등장하고 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위한 환경친화적인 물류활동에 대한 사례와 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 물류활동에 대한 재무적 평가는 이루어지고 있으나, 환경문제에 대한 물류활동의 평가는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경물류비 계산을 위하여 기존에 활용되고 있는 경영목적별 원가관리 계산에서 환경물류비 계산에 적합한 방법을 고려하기 위하여 환경원가계산방법, 기업물류비계산방법, 품질비용 계산하는 방법을 비교 검토하였다. 그 결과 환경물류비 계산에는 지속적인 개선을 위한 경영관리 목적에 적합한 품질비용의 프레임 웍을 사용하였다. 이를 기업 2사에 적용하였으며, 환경부하량을 성과지표로 활용하는 방법도 같이 검토하였다.
Abstract
Since environmental problems became a hot issue in all nations, it's also appearing as a new competitive element in the logistics area of the enterprise. So, the case studies to the Green logistics activities are being performed in order to solve it. While financial estimates to logistics activity are being performed, logistics activity estimates to the environmental problems aren't. In this study, in order to examine the suitable method for calculation of the environmental logistics cost from the existing cost control calculation by business aim, the calculation methods of environmental cost, business distribution cost & quality cost were compared & examined. As a result of it, the quality cost framework fitting for management requiring continual improvements was used for the calculation of the environmental logistics cost. It was applied to two enterprises together with examining methods to use environmental load as a performance index.
