본 연구의 목적은 새로운 공급계약의 적용을 통해 공군의 전투복 재고수준을 줄이는 데 있다. 군에서는 부정확한 수요예측, 제품공급지연, 예상치 못한 사용자수요 등으로 발생하는 재고부족의 회피를 위해 많은 양의 재고를 보유하고 있다. 공군 전투복의 경우도 재고고갈 방지를 위해 90일간의 운영재고를 보유하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 계약과 수량조절의 인센티브를 제공하는 백업계약(backup agreement)의 동적특성을 분석하고 여러 가지 수요패턴에 따른 재고감소 효과를 시뮬레이션을 통해 살펴보았다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 불규칙, 증가/감소, 경기변동 수요패턴에 따른 재고감소 효과가 각각 다르게 나타났다
Abstract
This study is for the decrease of air force combat uniform inventory applying a new supply contract. Air force has a plenty of inventory because of the unpredictability of future demand, the delay of supply, and so on. Air force has 90 day demand inventory for the combat uniform. This study introduces back-up agreement as a kind of new supply contract. As a result of this study, back-up agreement model is to decrease the inventory level against the traditional contract model. For more generalization, 4 demand patterns are tested in the models. The effect of back-up agreement on inventory level depends on the demand patterns.
