초록

This study employs the SBM-DDF-GML method to analyze the trends in Green Total Factor Productivity (GTFP), Green Technology Change (GTC), and Green Environmental Efficiency (GEC) across China and ASEAN countries from 2006 to 2021. The results indicate that technological progress has been a key factor in enhancing productivity, particularly in 2021, where an increase in GTFP was observed, suggesting the effective interplay between policy frameworks and technological advancements in supporting sustainable development. Despite variations in the pace of technological progress and environmental management between China and ASEAN countries, GEC exhibited a trend of gradual improvement throughout the study period. This suggests that effective management practices can lead to improvements in environmental efficiency even in contexts with uneven technological progress. The study highlights that China has made progress in green growth through policy-driven technological innovation, while ASEAN countries have followed a relatively stable but slower trajectory. These findings provide empirical support for understanding the different pathways of green growth in the region and offer valuable insights for policymakers aiming to promote green economic transitions.
