본 연구에서는 전 지구적인 기후변화에 의해 발생되는 기상이변이 서울시에 어떤 영향을 미치는지파악하고, 기상이변에 취약한 지역을 분석해 보았다. 기상이변에 대한 개념과 기후변화의 특성을 파악하였으며 1960년도부터 2009년도 서울기상대 자료를 활용하여 서울시 기상변화를 분석하였다. 유형별 기상이변 분석을 위하여 발생현황 분석체계를 이용하여 이상기온, 이상강우, 이상강풍, 이상강설 등의 발생유무를 판단하였다. 호우, 폭설, 폭염 등에 대한 서울시 기상이변 취약 지역들을 파악하기 위하여 취약요인을 선정하고 GIS 중첩기법을 사용하여 취약지역의 공간적 분포를 파악하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of extreme weather in Seoul caused by global climate change and analyze the areas vulnerable to extreme weather. The meaning of extreme weather and characteristics of climate change were investigated and weather change patterns in Seoul were analyzed using meterological data between 1960 and 2009. To analyze categorized extreme weather, the occurrences of extreme temperature, extreme precipitation, extreme wind, and extreme snow events were checked with using the analysis system. In order to verify areas vulnerable to heavy rainfalls, heavy snowfalls, and high temperatures, several vulnerable factors were selected and special dispersion was described using geographical information system(GIS) overlay technique.
