초록

본 연구는 절차 학습을 위한 시뮬레이션 설계 원리를 도출하고, 형성연구방법론을 활용하여 제안된 원리의 개선 방향을 확인하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 선행 연구 검토를 통하여 확인된 설계 원리 및 실제 프로그램 개발 과정에서 도출된 상세 설계 원리를 반영하여 요구분석 절차를 학습하기 위한 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 개발하였다. 10명의 대학원생을 대상으로 실시한 형성 연구를 통하여 설계 원리의 강점, 약점, 개선점을 확인할 수 있었다. 강점으로는 사례를 통한 학습, 실제성을 반영한 학습자 입력, 자연적 피드백의 제공 등이 확인되었으며, 피드백의 구체성 및 제시 방식, 학습자 반응의 저장, 학습자 통제 요소, 프로그램 안내, 상황 제시 방식은 개선이 필요한 영역으로 확인되었다. 최종적으로 이런 결과들을 종합적으로 반영하여 향후 절차적 시뮬레이션을 개발할 때 지침으로 활용할 수 있는 추가적인 설계 원리를 제안하였다.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a set of design principles for procedural simulation and improve them by formative research methodology. Major principles were identified by reviewing the literature and additional principles were recognized as a simulation program for this study was being designed and made. The simulation program for the needs analysis procedure was implemented and participants' responses regarding the strengths, weaknesses, and improvements of those principles were collected and analyzed. The strengths include learning by case, authentic participation, and natural feedback, The areas for improvement relate to more concrete feedback, saving learners' input, learner control, program orientation, and ways of presenting a situation. Finally, the study proposed a set of comprehensive and detailed principles that can help to design a procedural simulation.
