중소기업의 승계유형과 승계자의 역량이 구성원의 기업성과 지각에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구는 승계유형과 승계자의 역량이 승계 후 기업의 안정성과 재무적 성과에 대해서 구성원들에게 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해서 선행 연구들의 이론적 고찰과 연구모형을 설정하고 총 6개의 가설을 수립하고 검증하였다. 연구 표본은 기업 승계가 한 번 이상 일어난 전국 23개의 중견기업에 근무하는 관리자급 이상의 직원들을 대상으로 하였으며, 총 132부의 설문지를 수집하였다. 통계 분석 결과 첫째, 기업의 승계유형에 따라서는 가족승계가 타인승계보다 기업의 안정성에는 더 큰 영향을 미쳤지만, 재무적 성과에는 가족승계가 타인승계보다 평균은 높았으나 유의한 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 승계자의 역량이 높은 경우가 낮은 경우보다 기업의 안정성과 재무적 성과 모두에게 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 승계자의 역량이 높은 경우, 가족승계가 타인승계보다 기업의 안정성에는 더 큰 영향을 미쳤지만, 재무적 성과에는 가족승계가 타인승계보다 평균은 높았으나 유의한 차이가 없었다. 그리고 각 분석 결과에 따른 정리와 시사점을 언급하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 국내의 기업승계 및 가족기업에 대한 긍정적인 부분을 밝힐 수가 있었으며, 마케팅맥락에서 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 변수를 연구하였다는 가치, 기업들의 가족승계에 대한 중요성 그리고 국가의 정책적 지원의 필요성을 강조하였다.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to investigate how successor type and the capacity of successor affects corporate citizens regarding corporate stability and a financial achievement of corporation. We considered theoretical review of precedent studies and set up research model. According to these reviews and model, we could establish 6 kinds of hypothesis, verified. The research sample was targeted 23 companies all over the country, aimed at junior executives working in that company. And we collected 132 questionnaires. The result of statistical analysis showed that family succession had more an effect than others succession in corporate stability. But from the point of a financial achievement of corporation view, There was no meaningful difference between family and others even though family succession had higher average than others. And the successor high capacity of running company had a large impact on corporate stability and a financial achievement of corporation even more than the successor low capacity. Lastly, family succession had more effect than others succession in corporate stability when the successor had high capacity of running company and even family succession was higher average than others, There was no meaningful difference. We could only present the result of this study and draw implications about analysis result We drew a positive conclusion from domestic business succession and family succession and studied varibles impacted on business performance in marketing, emphasized about the importance of corporate family business and the necessity of government support.
