영화와 성찰일지를 활용한 기본간호학 수업의 효과

본 연구는 간호학과 2학년 학생 91명을 대상으로 영화와 성찰일지를 활용한 기본간호학 수업을 설계하고 운영한 후 그 효과를 고찰한 사례연구이다. 수업 전에 학생수준, 환경, 교수 학습 방법 등을 고려한 수업설계를 하였다. 수업의 대상인 두 개의 분반 중에서 실험군(45명)에게는 영화와 성찰일지를 활용하였고, 대조군(46명)은 전통적인 수업으로 운영하였다. 수업은 2017년 3월부터 16주 동안 운영하였으며 실험군과 대조군의 학업성취도, 수업태도, 수업만족도, 비판적 사고성향을 통해 영화와 성찰일지를 활용한 수업의 효과를 확인하였다. 가설의 검증은 SPSS Win 22.0을 활용하였고 통계방법으로는 paired t-test를 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 영화와 성찰일지를 활용한 수업의 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 학업성취도, 수업태도, 수업만족도, 비판적 사고성향 모두에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 점수를 보였다. 수업 설계 및 운영의 과정 사례를 기술하였으며 영화를 활용한 수업설계의 장점과 고려할 점에 대하여 논의하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 계속해서 생산되는 영화를 접목한 다양한 수업의 설계 및 수업의 효과 연구를 제안한다.
Abstract
This study is a case study that examines the effect after the fundamental nursing lessons used in the nursing and the second-grade 91 students, and studied the movie and the reflective journal. Classes were designed to teach students the level, environment, and teaching methods of learning. The experimental group(n=45) applied a class of movie and reflective journal and the control group(n=46) was applied to traditional classes. The classes have been conducted in March of 2017 for a period of 16 weeks, comparing the effectiveness of classes through academic achievement, class attitudes, critical thinking and class satisfaction. The data were analyzed using a paired t-test with SPSS 22.0. The study showed a statistically significant improvement in academic achievement, class attitudes, critical thinking, and class satisfaction. We discussed the course of class design and operations, and the advantages of class design utilizing movies based on results. Based on the results of the study, we propose a study of the effectiveness of the design and class of various classes that continue to produce the movie.
