해군 장비정비정보시스템의 지속 사용에 미치는 영향요인 연구

초록

본 연구의 목적은 해군 및 해병대에서 사용 중인 장비정비정보시스템의 지속 사용에 미치는 영향요인을 조사하고, 영향요인과 지속 사용과의 관계에서 IT리더십의 조절효과를 밝히는데 있다. 또한 지속 사용이 조직 구성원의 과업성과에 미치는 영향도 조사하였다. 통합기술수용이론에서 사용의도(사용)의 선행요인으로 제시되었던 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용 용이성, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제를 지속 사용의 영향요인으로 가설화하였으며, 이러한 선행요인과 지속 사용의 관계에서 IT리더십이 긍정적인 조절효과를 가진다는 가설을 모형화하였다. 해군 장비정비정보시스템을 지속적으로 사용하는 해병대 장병을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 분석결과 지각된 유용성, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제가 정보시스템 지속 사용에 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 장병들의 시스템 지속 사용도 과업성과를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 예측과는 달리, IT리더십은 지각된 유용성, 주관적 규범과 지속 사용 사이에서만 유의한 부(-)의 조절효과를 보였다. 본 연구는 이론적 측면에서 통합기술수용이론을 바탕으로 지속 사용의 연구를 확장하였으며 IT에 대한 상사의 리더십이 이들 관계에 어떤 영향을 주는지 실증하였다는데 의의가 있다. 실무적으로는 정보시스템이 지속적으로 사용되고 성과로 이어지기 위해서 관리자들이 고려해야 할 요인들을 실증하였다는데 의의가 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of continuous use of the N-DELIIS, which used as a logistics information system in ROK Navy and Marine Corps and examine the moderation effect of IT leadership in relationship between influential factors and continuous use. Also, this research investigates the effect of continuous use on task performance of IT users. Our study hypothesized that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, which presented as preceding factors of intention to use of IT(or IT use) on UTUAT, have influence on continuous use of the N-DELIIS. This study also includes hypotheses which address the positive moderating role of IT leadership in the main effects. Survey results show that perceived usefulness, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have positive impact on the continuous use of the N-DELIIS. Unexpectedly, IT leadership has negative moderating effect on the relationship between perceived usefulness, subjective norms and continuous use of the system. Theoretical and practical implications are provided.
