목포시 아동시설의 실내환경 안전실태에 관한 연구

본 연구는 아동시설 실내의 안전실태를 파악하고자 목포시의 유치원과 어린이집의 실내 안전사고 발생실태와 실내환경 안전실태에 대하여 조사하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 취학 전 아동의 대표적인 교육 및 보육 관련시설이라 할 수 있는 유치원, 어린이집, 가정보육시설(놀이방)이며 목포지역에 위치한 유치원과 어린이집, 가정보육시설(놀이방)중 임의로 80개소를 선정하여 직접 방문하여 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동시설의 실내 안전사고 발생 실태를 살펴본 결과 실내 안전사고의 발생 종류는 유치원과 어린이집의 모두 다른 사고에 비해서 넘어짐이 높은 비율을 차지했고, 그 다음으로 충돌, 미끄러짐의 사고가 많았다. 둘째, 목포시 유치원과 어린이집의 실내 안전사고 발생실태의 차이를 살펴본 결과 넘어짐, 베임, 찔림, 미끄러짐, 충돌 등의 사고에 대해서는 두 시설간의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났고, 폭력에서만 유치원과 어린이집에 약간의 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 실내 영역별 물리적 안전실태에 대한 유치원과 어린이집의 차이를 살펴본 결과는 통계적으로 두 집단 간의 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 아동시설의 실내 영역별 안전환경에 대한 중요성 인식에 대해 살펴본 결과 유치원과 어린이집 사이에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
Abstract
Abstract : An increment of a married woman's employment and interest of child education requires higher quality of children care and education service. To give information about indoor safety, I studied the occurrence of indoor accidents and indoor safety condition in child facilities of Mokpo.. The results of this study are like these. 1. The most portion of occurrence of indoor safety accidents in child facilities is all kinds of falling and the second most portion is a collision and slipping. 2. There is no difference in incidence of cutting, stab, falling, slipping between kindergartens and nurseries in Mokpo but the incidence in violence is somewhat different. 3. The difference in indoor safety state between kindergartens and nurseries is statistically insignificant. 4. The recognition difference in importance of indoor environment safety between kindergartens and nurseries is statistically insignificant.
