청소년의 불안정 애착이 비자살적 자해에 미치는 영향: 정서조절 곤란의 매개효과와 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과

본 연구는 청소년의 불안정 애착이 비자살적 자해에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 청소년의 불안정 애착과 비자살적자해의 관계에서 정서조절 곤란의 매개효과와 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 전라남도 Y시, G시, H군의 4개의 중학교에서 임의로 학급을 선정하여 총 952명의 중학생을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 그중 비자살적 자해를한 경험이 있다고 응답한 328부 중 문항이 누락되었거나 불성실한 응답으로 판단되는 19부를 제외한 309부를 분석에활용하였다. 본 연구를 위해 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 27.0을 활용하여 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 결과를 다음과같다. 첫째, 불안 애착은 회피 애착, 정서조절 곤란, 비자살적 자해와 유의한 정적 관계를 나타냈고 사회적 지지와는유의한 부적 관계를 나타냈다. 회피 애착은 정서조절 곤란, 비자살적 자해와 유의한 정적 관계를 나타냈고 사회적지지와는 유의한 부적 관계를 나타냈다. 정서조절 곤란은 비자살적 자해와 유의한 정적 관계를 나타냈으며 사회적지지와는 유의한 부적 관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 청소년의 불안정 애착과 비자살적 자해의 관계에서 정서조절 곤란이매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정서조절 곤란과 비자살적 자해의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를살펴본 결과 정서조절 곤란과 사회적 지지의 주효과는 모두 유의하게 나타났으며, 상호작용항도 통계적으로 유의하였다. 넷째, 청소년의 불안정 애착과 정서조절 곤란이 비자살적 자해에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지는 조절된 매개효과를갖는 것으로 나타났다
Abstract
This study examined the mediating effect of emotional dysregulation and the moderated mediating effect of social support. Participants were 309 middle school students from four randomly selected schools located in Y City, G City, and H Gun, Jeollanam-do. Data were analyzed using SPSSWIN 27.0 and the SPSS Macro 4.2 program. Insecure attachment(both anxious and avoidance) was positively correlated with emotion dysregulation and non-suicidal self-injury, and negatively correlated with social support. Emotion dysregulation fully mediated the relationship between anxious attachment and non-suicidal self-injury, and partially mediated the relationship between avoidant attachment and non-suicidal self-injury. Furthermore, social support showed a moderated mediating effect on the relationship between adolescents’ anxious attachment and emotion dysregulation. It also moderated the relationship between adolescents’ avoidant attachment and emotion dysregulation.
