Abstract

As increase of GDP & economic development, our interest in quality of life and right that live in more pleasure environment also increasing. Moreover, international concerns with environmental problems are more and more emphasis. Now, environmental problems are relate with human survive, so it is very important thing not only a portion of the country but also all around the world. We must work together to deal with environmental problem in 21st century. In this article, for the effective protection of environment, study on efficient legislative environmental solution. Recently, as appearance of a new method that violate the environment, it requires correction of legislation and rhetoric. Of course all factors that involve in relative respect must make an effort at system innovation and concerning over problems needed.
