고등학생은 생애 최초로 혈액을 기부할 수 있는 주요 혈액 기부층이다. 고등학생의 혈액 기부 경험, 빈도, 의지에 영향을 미치는 동기 요인을 파악하는 것은 성인 이후의 혈액 기부를 조망할 수 있다는 점에서 매우 중요하다. 혈액 기부 교육 및 캠페인 활동은 ‘혈액 기부에 대한 태도’를 형성하여 혈액 기부 빈도를 높인다. 자신에게 중요한 지인의 혈액 기부는 ‘혈액 기부에 대한 주관적 규범’으로 작용하여, 혈액 기부를 결정하고 혈액 기부 의지를 강화한다. 혈액 기부에 대한 어려움과 두려움을 극복하고, 혈액 기부를 실천하기 위한 장기적인 계획을 세우는 윤리적 민감성은 ‘혈액 기부 행동에서 지각된 자기통제력’으로 발휘될 수 있다. 고등학생의 혈액 기부를 활성화하기 위해서는 내적 동기뿐만 아니라 외적 동기가 마련되어야 한다. 그뿐만 아니라, 학교 유형에 따라 다른 교육적 정책적 접근이 필요하다.
Abstract
High school students are the first blood donor to experience blood donation for the first time in their lives. Identifying motivating factors that influence high school students' experience, frequency, and willingness to donate blood is crucial in that they can view the donation of blood after the adult. Blood donation education and campaign activities form the 'attitude toward blood donation' and increase the frequency of blood donation. The blood donation of a person who is important to me works as a 'subjective norm for blood donation', which allows me to determine blood donation and strengthen blood donation will. Ethical sensitivity to overcoming difficulties and fears of donating blood and establishing a long-term plan to donate blood can be demonstrated as 'perceived self-control in blood donation behavior'. In order for high school students to activate their blood donations, external motivation as well as internal motivation should be given. We also need to have different educational policy approaches depending on the type of school.
