인격 혹은 인성의 발달은 아동기나 청소년기에 국한되는 과제는 아니다. 오히려 인격 혹은 인성은 한 개인의 일생을 통해 발달하며, 전일성과 개성을 실현하는 것은 성인기에 보다 적합하다. 인생의 전반기에는 자아가 외부세계와 관계를 맺는 중개자로 페르조나(사회적 자아), 즉 외적인격을 형성하는 게 중요한 과제이다. 한편 인생의 후반기에는 자아가 무의식의 내부세계와 관계를 맺게 하는 중개자로서 아니마․아니무스, 즉 내적인격을 의식화하는 것이 중요한 과제이다. 본고는 융 심리학의 개성화 과정에 나타난 사랑의 문제를 아니마․아니무스의 분화 및 통합을 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 융 심리학의 인간학적 성격과 개성화 과정에 나타난 도덕교육적 함의를 살펴본다. 다음으로 사랑의 문제를 인생 후반기의 주요 과제로서 아니마․아니무스의 분화 및 통합과 결혼 관계의 맥락에서 해명하고자 한다.
Abstract
The development of personality or character does not be limited to the task of childhood or adolescence. Rather personality or character develops through one’s whole life. Thus the realization of individuality is proper to adulthood. While it is important to build external personality which plays a role as mediator between ego and external world in the first half of our life, in the second half of our life it is important to make internal personality be conscious which plays a role another mediator as anima & animus between ego and unconscious world. This study delves into differentiation and integration of anima/animus as the problem of love in the individuation process of Jung. This study runs as follows. First we will deal with anthropological aspects of Jung’s psychology and moral educational implications of individuation process. And then we will handle the differentiation and integration of anima/animus and marriage relationship as the task of the second half of our life.
