Recent dating violence is on the rise. For these dating violence it is causing anger and concern of the people. A direct punishment for the current state is not dating violence. However, a situation that the Punishment of Minor punishable by Article 3 No. 41. Therefore penalties and claims dating violence is reinforced to accommodate the legislative practice of international with Make a special law comes from the National Assembly and the academia, civil society. The main countries of the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan and other overseas are early implementation of legislation on dating violence punishable by concerns about the seriousness of dating violence than the country. Since 1999, Korea has the bill been associated with dating violence initiatives have been discussed, did not dispose of or withdrawal is enacted by the National Assembly term expires. Therefore, the situation is that effective legal instruments to punish urgent dating violence. Legislation of dating violence want to review a few things that could be controversial. First, dating violence, punishment need, whether of the regulations, Second the concept of dating violence parties, Third, dating whether to enact a special law against violent punishment by revising the existing domestic violence (Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment of Domestic Violence Crime) Act on Special Cases dating violence, whether stipulated penalties, Fourth, a introduced Claire the law of England and the associated problems and side effects Lower Fifth, to consider whether the need for legislation on the punishment of stalking.
